Leadership

Experience from the owner’s side of construction.

Vector Site and Land LLC is led by Matt Johnson, who grew up in the property development and management business and has spent his career in construction, commercial real estate, owner’s representation, and 18 years as an independent property claims adjuster.

He understands a project from every side: what the owner needs, how buildings fail, how damage is documented, and how repairs should be scoped, priced, and managed.
